Acceptable forms of ID include the following: A photo driving licence, a passport and a proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.

We recommend pre-booking a table with us, however, we do offer walk-ins, subject to availability. If you are a group over 16 people, please make an enquiry by selecting the “Come On Up” button at the top of the page.

How do I make a booking?

To make a table reservation for our Bussey Rooftop Bar, please select the “Come On Up” button at the top of the page and submit a booking enquiry.

Is there an entry fee?

Nope! We welcome walk-ins for free, however, we do recommend pre-booking a table with us to avoid disappointment. Start your booking by clicking on the “Come On Up” button at the top of the page.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking, am late or don’t attend my reservation?

If you’re late, your table will be held for 30 minutes, however, we will always do our best to accommodate your party when you arrive! If you don’t show up for your booking, are more than 30 minutes late or you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a non-refundable fee per person.

Dogs are always welcome at our Bussey Wooftop Bar (see what we did there?) However, we kindly ask that you ensure your pooch remains on a lead at all times during your visit and does not disrupt our other guests.

We do have open shelter over our seated area to protect you from the elements on our rooftop, while also still enjoying the sun and breeze! All of our bookings still go ahead in the event of rain.

Do you show football matches?

We don’t have screens so can’t show sporting events – but your always welcome to have a little pre-match tipple to whet the whistle.

Is there wheelchair accessibility at Bussey Rooftop Bar?

We are located on the top floor of the Copeland Park, Bussey Building.

We do have a service lift available within our facility, however the dimensions of this lift unfortunately, may not be suitable to all wheelchair users.

Measurements: 184cm Length / 83cm Width.

Our toilets here are not yet fully accessible, though this is something we are working hard to accommodate. Alternatively, Social Bar located in Copeland Park has wheelchair accessible toilets available to Bussey Rooftop Bar guests, during their open hours.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our support team via email or live chat. We will get back to you at our soonest availability.

Customer Service Operates between 09:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday. Our inbox is occasionally monitored on weekends and bank holidays.

How can I contact you?

To get in touch, please email us via the support button on the righthand side of the page, or email info@busseyrooftopbar.com.

Do you use plastic glasses?

Because we’re nestled high above a residential area, sadly we’re not allowed to serve our drinks in glassware. However, we are strongly committed to removing single-use plastics from Bussey Rooftop Bar – so you’ll be able to enjoy our drinks in reusable polycarbonate vessels!

Is there bike storage?

There are bike hoops covered by security cameras downstairs. Alternatively, Cycle Hub offers secure and covered parking, and locks at midnight (so your bike is safe overnight). You’ll find it next to Peckham Rye Station.
